I guide individuals towards recognising their inner-strength and mobilise their unique power within, helping individuals to understand their pain, break unhelpful behavior patterns and achieve a greater sense of self, self-awareness and coherence with the capacity for transformation.

We can’t change the past but we can work towards transforming how you relate to it – not changing who you are but enabling you to become who you are.

I accompany adults experiencing…

Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Anxiety (including performance anxiety) and phobias
Depression
Stress-related difficulties and burnout
Low self-esteem and self-confidence
Sleep challenges
Obsessional difficulties, including OCD
Attention mastery (ADD/ADHD)
Chronic pain

About me

I am British and Swiss, a psychologist and a federally recognised Psychotherapist (Switzerland), and a member of the Fédération Suisse des Psychologues (FSP) as well as a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. I am a native English-speaking therapist and fluent in French, and I have lived and worked in Switzerland for over 15 years. I also have over 10 years’ experience working with children and adults with reading (dyslexia) and attentional difficulties (ADD/ADHD).

I hold a postgraduate specialization in Psychotherapy in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Geneva and am a certified Brainspotting therapist and Brainspotting Consultant in Training with Brainspotting UK.

I work with adults and offer psychotherapy sessions in English and French. Sessions are offered in person, online, or as a flexible combination of both. My session fees can also be covered by both Swiss Basic Health Insurance (LAMaL) and International Health Insurances.

My Therapeutic Approach

I am integratively trained in clinical psychology and psychotherapy and work using evidence-based and clinically recognised methods. My approach supports individuals in understanding their psychological difficulties, improving emotional regulation, developing more adaptive behaviors and strengthening resilience. Therapy aims to foster greater self-understanding, self-esteem, and the capacity to bring about meaningful and sustainable change.

“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls the butterfly.”

Richard Bach, Illusions

I offer both short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy and longer-term, exploratory psychotherapy, as well as preparation and integration sessions in the context of expanded states and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAP), supporting patients before and after legally supervised treatment processes.

Therapies I integrate into my practice…

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours that contribute to distress, while developing practical coping strategies to manage challenges more effectively. CBT is goal-oriented and collaborative, supporting lasting change and improved emotional well-being.

Brainspotting®

Where you look affects how you feel“, (David Grand, 2003).

Brainspotting is a brain–body psychotherapy. It works by helping locate specific eye positions (Brainspots) that connect to places in the brain where emotional or physical experiences are stored.

By focusing on these Brainspots, the brain and body can begin to process and release unresolved stress, trauma, or difficult experiences.

This approach works with the deeper parts of the brain involved in emotion, memory, and the body’s stress response, facilitating natural healing processes to unfold.

Cardiac Coherence (HeartMath®)

HeartMath® is a science-based method for improving emotional regulation and managing stress. Using simple breathing and attention techniques, it helps bring the heart, brain, and nervous system into a state of physiological coherence — a balanced state associated with greater emotional stability, clarity, and resilience.

With the help of a small sensor clipped to your ear and connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, you receive real-time biofeedback, allowing you to observe how your body responds to stress and to track your progress as you learn practical self-regulation skills.

HeartMath® techniques are used in clinical, medical, and performance settings worldwide, including hospitals and organizations such as the Mayo Clinic, military training programmes and police forces.

I also offer a brief 5-session stress management programme incorporating HeartMath® techniques. This structured programme is designed to help you develop practical, evidence-based tools to regulate stress, enhance resilience, and integrate these skills into your daily life.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T)

The MBSR-T (Gina Biegel) programme is a structured, evidence-based adaptation of the original MBSR approach developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Using a holistic mind–body framework, it equips pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults with practical mindfulness skills to better manage stress, emotions, attention, and impulsivity. The programme supports improvements in confidence, social functioning, and overall psychological well-being, helping young people navigate developmental challenges with greater resilience and balance.

How it works

1

Initial conversation (15 minutes)

We begin the process with a short introductory call. This is an opportunity for me to briefly understand what brings you to therapy and for us to see whether working together might feel helpful.

2

Three sessions (75 minutes each)

We then meet for up to three sessions to explore your challenges in more depth and to assess whether we feel comfortable working together.

3

Regular Therapy Begins

If we both feel that the therapeutic relationship is a good fit, ongoing therapy begins, usually on a weekly basis initially.
